feasible – can do it, it is worth it

eg: Opening an office in a smaller city is just not feasible.

period – an amount of time, doesn’t say how long or short

eg: He scored a goal in the first period.

eg: The country is in a period of economic growth.

eg: There was a brief period of silence.

eg: In the old days China was in a long period of poverty.    (China was in poverty for a long time.)

wallflower – a person who is anti-social and probably leans against the wall at a party.

eg: Why did you even come to the party if you’re just gonna be a wallflower.

social butterfly – a very social person.

eg: I’m not really a social butterfly, but I like making new friends.
