Are there higher risks for collaborative financial investments?

Yes there are higher risks for those investments, because you can’t always control your partner. But we do take extra measures to manage the risks. For example both of us have a seal, we can only use the money when the two stamps are on the paper.

collateral – leverage against a debt, usually something of value, like Title to your car Deed to your home.

eg: I used the deed to my home as collateral for the loan, so I can open a new business.

deed – ownership papers for a building or land.

eg: He bet the deed to his home in a poker game. Luckily he won the game.

measure V. – to find out the size or how much/many

eg: I didn’t measure the room, so the bed I got was too big.
