Vocabulary

I work 3 days a week.  (Perfect grammar, means you usually or always do this)

I worked 3 days a week. (Finished, Probably don’t work 3 days a week NOW.)

I’m working 3 days a week. (Grammar tells us it is, RIGHT NOW!  I AM WORKING, but… the phrase, 3 DAYS A WEEK tells us that it is not right now.)

Technically, it is NOT CORRECT. But it is very common to say it like this.
