amenities – something that makes the original thing better, easier, more convenient or pleasurable.

eg: The new electric car has a lot of modern amenities.

eg: I have stayed at that hotel but it wasn’t really good, because they didn’t have a gym, or a pool, or any amenities at all.

2) The new shopping mall will be opened near your home soon where you can watch movie and buy what you want.
3) Yesterday I brought my puppy Achi to walk around riverside where so many people jogged.
