I learned terms connected to emotional and mental health from this article.
1. Stress : it might happens when a person is being judged or measured.
2. Stress out : that means they feel more stress than they can deal with. They are overstressed.
3. Depression : a mood disorder, low in spirits, and a feeling of sadness
4. Anxiety : it is a state of worry and unease
5. Phobias : it is an extreme or unreasonable fear or dislike of something.
(Aviophobia, Acrophobia, Claustrophobia, Arachnophobia…etc)
6. Panic attack

1. Stress : it might/could happen when a person is being judged or measured. For example…   If a person is at work they can feel stress easily because they are in an environment where they are being judged often.
2. Stress out : that means they feel more stress than they can deal with. They are overstressed.
3. Depression : a mood disorder, low in spirits, and a feeling of constant sadness
4. Anxiety :  is a state of worry and unease, always waiting for sth to happen
5. Phobias : they are extreme or unreasonable fear or dislike of something.

6. Panic attack – sudden overwhelming feeling which is brought on by stress, usually harmless, but a person who is suffering a panic attack might feel like they are going to die.

There are many kinds of stress.
