One day I got a call from a head hunter, she said that there was a C&B opportunity for a financial company, whether I had a interest in this position. At that time, I said I didn’t interested in that position, then the head hunter was so surprised and she can’t believe it. She asked me why I didn’t want to have a look at this position and said that staff in financial companies were have good education and company’s benefits were also very good. She told me she sent the JD to me and hope me to have a look.
I didn’t want to see some opportunities like this because I thought financial companies were not steady, you never know when they would go broke. After I looked that JD, I thought I wouldn’t lose anything if I had an interview, why not to try it. Then I had an interview with the recruiter. After that interview, the head hunter told me that they wanted me to have a second interview with their general manager because they thought I was suitable. Then I had another interview with their GM. Though these interviews, I knew that the three stockholders of this financial company are very strong, one of them is the world largest motors company, the other one is the biggest joint venture motors enterprise in Shanghai, the third one is a famous local company. So I thought it would be more steady than other private financial companies. At the end of this story, I accepted that company’s offer and would onboard next week.
