obstacle – something that is in your way

eg: I turned so I wouldn’t hit the obstacle in the road.

eg: There are many obstacles for Chinese who want to study in America.

just – very recently

eg: Where did you just come from?
I just came from home.

tough – physically and emotionally strong : able to do hard work, to deal with harsh conditions, etc.

eg: Joining the military will make you tough.
