It is totally different because they will depend on the different situations to set up different products to us.
If recently the most popular things is glass cups they will ask us to design a kind of special glass cup.-> What they order depends on the situation, they will want to produce popular goods.

If they can accept our design maybe they will ask us to produce the goods but before they will compare the price between different suppliers.

Every time we will face new things but in household products it couldn’t jump out some industries like glass industry… -> It is always slightly new but it is similar to other things we know  / it is always in the same range of products 

Every time even we face the new product they still within some traditional industries -> it is never an entirely new product, it is always similar to something which exists 

although our products are different each time the experience is the same.
