now i am facing a dilemma about whether i should insist staying in the company. some headhunters contacted with me about other opportunities in linkedin, but i havn’t responded them yet.
sort out of my mind, the tangled point is i have no confident about myself, and neither no clear carrer plan for the future.
i am keep retail training for over years, and turn my carrer direction about learning and development for staff’s leadership capetency, at nowadays, i don’t know whether i should go back about retail training, or keep going on the leadership field.
other point i considered is i have a not long period about my last work, and now, i not a long jounery in the company, i only stayed for 6 months, so i don’t know whether it could bring nergative affect on my carrer path.
