The day before yesterday, my girlfriend called me, she said: “Oh, Carol, if you have a plan to go to Spain.”  I said: “No, not this year.”  So maybe I will go next year.  You know in the probation, I’m still on my probation so I have no annual leave within 6 months.  So maybe my next vacation will be in next year.  I think it should be 15 days [annual leave].  I have no plan, I just focus on my work.  Read my e-mail, read my boss’s email.  I think these days I worked until half-past 9pm.  Processing the e-mail, and after work I had to go here, practice my oral English, I think so.  And after that I will back to home and continue to process my e-mail.

Dear Ryan and Nate

I have updated flow map from Flex door to destination airport based on format you sent to Sierra US. Because
1) the times of Customs clearance and ULD build up at origin port have not been considered into the flow map.
2) The door to door service should be in 6 working days. We adjusted some flights from CGO to PVG in order to meet the requirements.
3) pls help to add and adjust the timeline from destination port to door.
Doug and Jesson will visit our Shanghai office this Friday, they will review the flow map, so your overnight response will be highly appreciated.

Please note point 3 which has an action for you, I really hope you can complete this task by tomorrow, please let me know if that will be an issue.

As indicated in my email yesterday, the client would like to shorten the transit time.  Therefore I have updated the flow map (attached) from Flex door to destination airport based on the format you sent to Sierra US, because:

1) The times of Customs clearance and ULD build up at origin port have not been considered into the flow map.
2) The door to door service should be within 6 working days. We adjusted some of the flights that were going from CGO and changed them to PVG in order to meet the requirements.
3) Please help to add and adjust the timeline from destination port to door.
