Exercise can make people relax. People who exercise every day are stronger than people who are lazy to do exercise. There’re many sports for us to choice, for excemple play basketball or football, run, swimming, and so on. Nowadays, in city, there are not enough place for people to exercise in outside door. Also, office workers often don’t have free time to exercise. So they prefer to pay for gymnasium to exercise. I love to exercise, but I’m too lazy to exercise.
