Vocabulary
Follow (v): 1- to move behind someone or something and go where he, she, or it goes:
E.g.: A dog followed us home.
Following (prep/adj): 1- after. 2- (often used to introduce a list, report, etc.) of what comes next. 3- [ before noun ] The following day, morning, etc. is the next one.
E.g.: Following the dinner, there will be a dance.
E.g.: The following is an extract from her diary.
E.g.: The following program contains scenes that may be disturbing to some viewers.
Intuition (n): 1- (knowledge from) an ability to understand or know something immediately based on your feelings rather than facts. (adj: Intuitive)
E.g.: Often there’s no clear evidence one way or the other and you just have to base your judgment on intuition.

Initiative (n): 1– the ability to use your judgment to make decisions and do things without needing to be told what to do:
E.g.: Although she was quite young, she showed a lot of initiative and was promoted to manager after a year.
Reference (v): 1- a mention of something.
E.g.: Knowing what had happened, I avoided making any reference to (= mentioning) weddings.
