Even though I have a hectic schedule, I had a party yesterday for one of my friends who is moving back to Taiwan. Now that I am alone in Shanghai, I want to get fit and start exercising.
I think I am too fat for Taiwanese standards, so I need to start working out. But my problem are laziness and my hectic schedule. I am always exhausted when I come back from work and I seldom have time for fitness.
So I will start by paying attention to my nutrition. In my opinion, it is very important. Intense fitness moves are painful and won’t make you lose a single kilogram if you don’t pay attention to your nutrition.
