30days plan

This morning, I saw a video which was about one person’s 30days plan. The core idea was about that if someone continue to do one thing for 30days, amazing thing would happened. In the sparker’s case, he kept to ride a bike everyday, to take photo everyday and also write more native write. And after 30days, he got better health, a group of friends and special view of things.

Actually, I had a plan at the begin of this year, that about work ,English and my health.It was affected by Chen. I learned him to plan for myself. Yes, I planed and I tried to do that, I really hard to learn English , hard to do some big things of my life and so on. Also , I got some bad results.
