Vocabulary

get on with something-to start or continue doing something, especially work:
E.g.: Stop talking and get on with it.
E.g.: I like to be left to get on with the job.
E.g.: I suppose I could get on with the ironing while I’m waiting.

I proceeded on doing what I was doing.
proceed to sth-to move forward to the next stage:
E.g.: If the evidence stands, the case will proceed to trial.

board (n): 1-the group of people who are responsible for controlling and organizing a company or organization:
E.g.: Every decision has to be approved by the board (of directors).
E.g.: She started in the firm after college and now she’s on the board/a board member.

These days I did a lot of work, I did a proposal for merit increase because a part of our employees transferred from our stakeholder’s company, so we should make sure their total compensation will be the same with before. They will have salary rise in 2019 and I need to make a proposal for this transferred employees and the proposal will be hands-on to our board meeting, and if our board approve this proposal I can do it
