Vocabulary
devil (n): 魔鬼, an evil being, often represented in human form but with a tail and horns
E.g.: He’s an old devil – I wouldn’t trust him with my money.
evil (adj): 1- morally bad, cruel, or very unpleasant:
E.g.: an evil dictator
E.g.:These people are just evil.
spray (n): 1-喷雾, a liquid that is forced out of a special container under pressure so that it becomes a mass of small liquid drops like a cloud:
E.g.: a quick spray of perfume/polish
spray (v): 喷,to spread liquid in small drops over an area:
E.g.: She sprayed herself with perfume.
E.g.: Vandals had sprayed graffiti on the wall.
risk (n): 风险, the possibility of something bad happening:
E.g.: In this business, the risks and the rewards are high.
E.g.:There’s a high risk of another accident happening in this fog.
bankrupt (adj): 1-破产, having no money:
E.g.: He went bankrupt after only a year in business.
E.g.: The recession has led to many small businesses going bankrupt.
