probation (n): 1-a period of time at the start of a new job when you are watched and tested to see if you are suitable for the job:
E.g.: a period of probation

efficiency (n): 效率 the good use of time and energy in a way that does not waste any:
E.g.: What is so impressive about their society is the efficiency of the public services.
E.g.: energy efficiency

efficient (adj)有效率的, working or operating quickly and effectively in an organized way:
E.g.: The city’s transport system is one of the most efficient in Europe.
E.g.: We need someone really efficient who can organize the office and make it run smoothly.

smoothly (adv): 1-顺畅, easily and without interruption or difficulty:
E.g.: Oil is used to make the parts of a machine move smoothly when they rub together.
E.g.: It’s nice to work in such a smoothly run office.

interruption (n): 1-easily and without interruption or difficulty:
