painful (adj): 1- causing emotional or physical pain:
E.g.: The old photograph brought (Past participle of BRING) back painful memories.
E.g.: A painful injury made her to leave the game.

physical (adj): 1- relating to the body:
E.g.: physical exercise/fitness/strength/disabilities
E.g.: I’m not a very physical sort of person (= I don’t enjoy physical activities).

orphanage (n): 1-a home for children whose parents are dead or unable to care for them

orphan (n): 1-a child whose parents are dead:
E.g.: The civil war is making orphans of many children.
