19. Do you eat rice every day?
NO, actually I prefer to have wheat food rather than rice due to the habit formed at my childhood.
My mother can cook various kinds of wheat food, like steamed bun, baozi, noodles, cake, etc so we almost had it every day. In China, most of northern people like wheat food, but southern people prefer rice. It is because habit, climate conditions, and reasons of health.
The soil, rain and temperature in South China are more conducive for the growth of rice than wheat. Similarly, the soil, rain and temperature in North China are more conducive to the growth of wheat than rice. Quite simply, the food habits of a region in a traditional farming stage were dictated by the crops grown in that region. As a result, South Chinese generally grew rice and ended up eating it in various forms. Similarly, North Chinese grew wheat as a major crop and ended up having it as part of their staple diet/main dish.

20. Do you have a favorite cafe? If so, where is it? Why do you like it?
I don’t know much about coffee before. Coffee is just a drink for me which can make me stay alive/alert/awake and I couldn’t tell too much difference between the coffee made by different cafés.
However, my boss is a fan of coffee and I learned a lot coffee knowledge and culture from her after I worked with her. There are many small cafes around our office opened within this year. We almost tried. I found my favorite one which located on Wulumuqi Road was nice and soft flavor.
