Homework

It is a story about a man who was gonna to be a father and when he knew his wife pregnant he thought he should work much harder than before because he felt much duties and he hoped to give a good life for his future child.

Day by day he just had kept working from day to night and every time when he felt tired he chose to drink a lot of energy drink like coffee and red bull. Finally, he fell down in one day after he kept working for a long time and drank much energy drinks. His wife, who was gonna to give birth at that time, took him to the hospital immediately.

After couple hours rescuing, he pushed back from the margin of death by cutting a quarter of skull. And he and his wife welcome their first girl one month later.

After recovering from this accident, he upload a lot of pictures to show his recent life with his family. The pictures are very warm even if his skull only left three quarters. He decided to begin a new life with a slow rhythm and spend much time to be with family.

We all wanted to gain more when we were young. So we pushed ourselves to work harder and harder, always did over time and attended business social events. We scared to say “no!” when we faced the challenges one by one, actually it was because we scared to be a loser. Sometime we realized that both our body and mind were so tired but we just told ourselves that tomorrow would be better. We ignored our family and closest friends because we believed that what we do right now are all for them, the people we most love in this world.

Actually, I think I am this kind of young people. I don’t know which kind of life is right or better, and I just can’t control myself to moving on, like there is a force behind my back pushing me forward. I was looking forward to be successful so much until I read the article about that man, I can’t say that he is so lucky but he still have a family and people around him and love him. Hope one day I will balance my life.
