What kind of people do you like and dislike in the workplace? And why?

There are many reasons but only one reason which I think it’s the most important. It’s because of the culture revolution. It doesn’t only destroy the material world, but also the culture heritage which in people’s mind.
There are many reasons but I think there is only one that’s most important: The Cultural Revolution. It not only destroyed the society in a material sense , but also the culture heritage that is in people’s mind.

Chinese culture had been interrupted in the revolution that had lasted for 10 years. They promoted atheism, people weren’t allowed to believe in any religions, only the human leaders. Besides, they casted aside many main ideas with thousands years wisdom and see all intellectuals as sinners. Government encouraged people to fight with intellectuals, even though the one was their parents. it’s so harmful to a society, people lost trust, knowledges, culture and beliefs in the same time. The whole generation was the sacrifice to the political battle.The problems it caused have still influenced the Country until now.

This revolution reminds me an idea which I’d read in a book. It says, it’s always those people who believe they’re doing something good to the world are the most devastating, such as, Hitler.

There was no such interruption in Taiwan. We inherited the culture and religions and kept them developing in the land.
That’s what makes our religions situation a big gap.
