Superficial – Same as shallow
Comprehend – To understand
eg. I had to explain it several times before he comprehended my meaning.
Neighborhood – The area you live
eg. My neighborhood has lots of little shops.
Magical Realism – Style of literature known for random surreal elements
eg. Murakami’s style could best be described as magical realism.
Grammar

Pronunciation
Sometimes only used ‘I’ when the meaning is ‘I have’ or ‘I am’. Better to use the contractions instead (I’ve/I’m)
The ‘Th’ sound is pronounced as ‘D’ in some words.
