Writing exercise

Write about your own parenting style and your husband’s parenting style, do you work as a team most of the time or do play different roles as parents?

In our family, my husband and I work as team to take care of two children. We have two kids including a boy and a girl. Though there are more than two age gap between brother and younger sister, they play together well. My parenting style is similar with my husband and we work in the same company. So we commute to work and go back home at the same time. We reach an agreement on parenting style and we work as a team. If we are all available, we accompany them together. For example, we do crafts, drawing pictures, read books, etc. Every Saturday is our family’s day and we will go to some amusements or parks to experience more. Every Sunday our children will go to some centers for learning something. My husband and I send and pick up them one by one. Who is in charge of whom depends on the distance or time.

Generally speaking, we are a cooperative model.
