Do you have any goals for your career?

short-term goals
1.A new employee joined our team in April 1Th and I trained him for one week.
Now he practices dealing with some problems from customer, and I need to give him some help in this process.
I hope he is able to deal with all kinds of difficult issues himself in the short term.

2.Learn how to manage the group
Management is very difficult thing. How do you ensure each staff is to work of high quality and complete task.
One of employees always is very carelessness. My boss is beginning to get very annoy with her, we were fined three time because of her.

3. Improve speech and livestream skills
Sometimes I give a speech for potential customer, now I can’t able to speech very confidently and fluently. I’m still a little nervous when I face lots of people
I will make a plan for my next speech.

One of employees always is always very carelessness. My boss is beginning to get very annoyed with her: we were fined three times because of her. (She annoys my boss. My boss is annoyed.)
