It’s not worth it 得不偿失

When you propose something, you can say “here” 这样吧···什么什么，好吗？ (and use it with “deal?”)

Here, I’ll give you 200 RMB for it. Deal?

When you give something to someone, you can say “Here you go / Here you are”
