Write about a time you made a presentation and it was very well delivered, what about it made it so successful?

My Master graduation thesis defense, this is one of my successful presentation in my past 10years, because I spent several months to prepare my thesis before present to the professors and other audiences.

One of my most successful presents was the defence of my masters thesis. I think this is because I spent a lot of time and energy preparing for this presentation. 

I think below points are very important when we deliver a effective presentation.

In order to deliver an effective presentation, we must address the two points below

1. Clear and logical structure to help the audiences understand my  the content and key points. The thesis is was over 50 pages, I think the audiences won’t read it from the begiining to the end as it is really too long. So it is important how to make a logical structure in your presentation and delivered the audiance.

So it is important that in your presentation your ideas follow a clear logical sequence.

2. Show my passion and connect with my audience. Frankly, I would still be nevours at the stage even I already got it prepared. Usually, I will use smile and make eye contact with my audience to overcome the nerves.

Even though I am really well prepared I will still get nervous, so I try to connect with my audience to help overcome the nerves.

3. The last one but not the least, I praticed my preentations again and agin before offically delivered during the stage. I present for my colleagues at work. 

Now I will have another important project in the coming  up in August, and that’s why I have to pratice in  for one month during the in my English class.
