When I started looking for job opportunities again, I realize the importance of English. So I need some patient teachers to help me improve my English communication skills to content the needs of work. I believe the regular class will force me practice English.
But sometime I think the fluency English is just one of social trend in global companies in China. Actually most of time we just speak Chinese with our colleagues as we are all Chinese. However the fluency English speaking and writing are fundamental request of international company.
