My company owner Mr. Jeng is a legend in China cosmetic local market. In the past he was just a public servent in small town. He had taken his friend’s cosmetic store by accident. It was the start of his life jumping in the cosmetic market. The business has been successful for past 15years. But now China cosmetic market is in a state of increasing competition. He always want his company to be no.1 . For that reason he wanted to launch new brand and had scouted professional members from Korea.However the company system and his thoughts still unchanged. Without change there is no innovation. Our team mission is not only new brand launcing but also helping him to change his mind.
