I get up at 7 oclock and my mum came to my home to pick my baby girl to her home, and then I take a shower and ready to prepare my breakfast, and at 9 o’clock I went to gym and doing practice. I practice my chest, legs, and core. Originally, I have a plan to going to my yoga class at 2 o’clock but my brother have rest today and he is very busy in common but today he have rest he want to have lunch with me, he go to my gym, he invited me, so i changed my plan have lunch and have chat with him and then, i go to here.
