First, I think it’s very important for a manager to be better than his subordinates so that he can control the whole situation. And second, he must be generous, kind and have good personality so that everyone want to close with him.

And third, the leadership is important so he can grasp the direction and just go for it. Then I think the socialist is key to harmony the relationship between members.
