The phenomenon of the China’s Ghost cities is widely known all over the world. A lot of person cannot understand why it happen. But there’s a famous saying “What is rational is actual and what is actual is rationalâ€.
So what does the ‘rational’ here mean?Reasonable but not right for sure.
In my opinion, regardless of the residential property, who are the stakeholders of these ghost cities?Local government, businessman and workers. They share the benifits in different extent but synchronously. And the cities look better than before. This is also a game of capital which rush to any place where brings huge return without hesitation and withdrawl.
What’s the appropiate development in a city with low population? This’s a good question for all of us.

Edited version

The phenomenon of Chinese Ghost cities is widely known all over the world. A lot of people cannot understand why it happens. But there’s a famous saying by Hegel that goes that  “What is rational is actual and what is actual is rationalâ€.
So what does the ‘rational’ mean here ? It means reasonable but not necessarily right for sure.
In my opinion, regardless of the residential property, who are the stakeholders of these ghost cities? The local government, businessmen and workers. They share the benefits to different extents.

And these places, once built, look better than before. This is also a money game of capital blindly rushing to many places to bring returns.

This is also the result of money games and capital blindly rushing everywhere indiscriminately for maximum profit.
What’s the appropriate development of a city with low population? This is a good question for all of us. (= for us all)

drive / drove / driven 开车

I drove in front of it but I didn’t stop.

A belief goes that blind people are more sensitive.

As the saying goes, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

The picture that you see is mine.

My father is a man that says that everything happens for a reason.

I am open to new ideas to an (certain) extent but I cannot accept sexism or racism.

indiscriminately = without choosing, without making a difference, blindly

I eat my M&Ms indiscriminately. I don’t care what color they are.

My roommate is pretty indiscriminate when it comes to women. It always brings back girls of all styles, all colors and sizes. (This is also a euphemism 委婉语 to say they are ugly)
