Q: Tell me about your past work? Why did you quit?
A: I’ve got nearly 10 years in both digital and traditional marketing. My last job is to be a partner of the company. The service we provide to the clients is more focused on digital and integrated marketing. The main client I’ve served before, they are Stella, LYF, and Nabati. We do campaigns and retainer clients. For the retainer part, we maintained social accounts in …. platforms for our clients and helped them to increase their followers for their own accounts. We also create social contents for our clients. It helps them to attract consumer to know about the brands from the social content. And for the campaign part, we cooperate with the celebrities and doing some television videos and it helps the consumer to increase brand awareness in the target audience.

Why did I quit my last job… it was too much pressure for me. And I should take care of not even for the business, operating the company, the routine work, helping creative brainstorming. And also take care of the finance problems every month, even for the human power cells. That’s the reason why I quit.

My job was a quite challenging position for me in my career. Being a partner of a new startup, I had a lot of different job responsibilities, such as taking care of both business and operating the company, the routine work, helping creative brainstorm. And also take care of the finance problems every month, even the human resource problems. That made me reconsider what I can do in this industry. Now I want to be a part of a more professional…. team.

2. What’s the biggest difference between overseas and domestic market?
I haven’t finished the course of overseas training, but I think the media environment is quite different. I think the domestic ones is very complicated, such like we have tiktok, RED, Weibo … and something like that. But from the oversea part, it’s all come from google system, such like Youtube, google search…
