Scroll through/ scroll:  the action of moving to the bottom of the page on the internet/on the computer.

Eg.  I scroll through the page in a fast speed.

League:  a rank for your team.  Baseball league/ basketball league.  The idea is that you play other teams that are similar in abilities to your team.

League in Dating:  usually you try to find someone in your league (similar in hotness/ job quality/ financially).  Sometimes you fall for someone that is out of your league—and you hope it will work out.

Eg.  I like to make friends with people who are in the same league as me.

Flip:  to throw/ to lift up/ to turn 180 degrees.

Eg.  I flipped the photo and found it became more interesting.

Embrace:  to hug/ to open your arms to/ to take on

Eg.  I will embrace my husband after a long day at work.

Eg.  I try to embrace changes that happen in my life.
