Retrospective meeting

Retrospective meetings are normally held after a project or a period of work. Meeting attendees should be involved in the project or work. At the meeting, each person should recap the process and result of the work , after that each one lists 3 things, first is what they do good; second is what they need to improve in the future; third is how to improve. It’s really good to have this kind of meeting, because it makes people to recap and learn from past, in turn they will have better work performance in the following work.
