When I was exercising I was sweating, and I use the towel to clean my sweat.  Then I do the motions again and again, I focused on my thighs, I did different exercise for my thighs.  After this hot sport, I prepared to go swimming.  I exchange my bathing suit and wears my swim cap and goggles.  Before I go swimming take a shower make me don’t have sweat.  I think this is good for the other people and myself, then I go swimming I saw some children swimming the teacher taught them how to swimming.  Actually I want to learn from the teacher too, because I just know one motion of swimming.  When finished I took a shower again I used the shampoo and conditioner to clean my hair because I think the swim water will hurt my hair.  So I must need conditioner to protect my hair.  Then I used the body wash to clean my body.  After shower I use body lotion to protect my body, and wears my clothes and my pores were big, so I used a face mask.  Wait about twenty minutes then throw the face mask away, then wash my face then take some lotion to protect my skin.
