It’s not easy to organize an meeting, because you have to prepare everything before the meeting. First, define the goal of the meeting; second, decide the context or the materials of the meeting; third, determine the style to present your ideas and context, at last, you may need to scale the scope of the meeting.During the meeting, you are the host, you need to organize the meeting, make sure the meeting can be performed smoothly. Make sure everyone is following your ideas. Of courses, control the process of the meeting, because the time of the meeting is limited. After the meeting, you need to summarize the whole meeting, and send out the meeting minutes. If there are some open issues, make sure each one  has a person to take action. If you are a good meeting organizer, you will perform retrospection on the meeting, and highlight the good things and things need to he improved.

If you are a good meeting organizer you will retrospect and highlight the good things and things that need to he improved.

Eg.  Ensure each open task is delegated to someone/ assign open issues to specific person.  With a deadline etc.

Eg.  IF you are a good meeting organizer you will reflect on the effectiveness of the meeting, and improve for next time.

Beforehand:  before sth.

Eg.  If I want to go to Disneyland, I have to buy tickets beforehand.

Implement:  to put into action – after the meeting.

progression:  the act of progressing, forward movement.  Going from one step to the next and so on.

Eg.  The natural progression of life is that you eventually choose comfort over fashion.

Eg.  The progression of meals is breakfast, lunch then dinner.  Sometimes dessert.

Afterwards:  after sth.

Eg.  I used to practice meditation, afterwards I will go to sleep.

Minutes: a recap of the meeting/ notes.

Pitfalls:  failures/ disadvantage/short comings.

Reflection:  what you see in a mirror.

Eg.  The cat saw its reflection in the mirror and was terrified.

Eg.  I was reflecting on my day/ on my choices.

Eg.  The reflection from todays work will make me rethink/increase my abilities.

Reflect:  to look at sth and analyze it.

Eg.  I will reflect on my mistakes and move on.
