Qualifications:

– I have 5 years experience in Architecture, and the stages of the projects I have participated on are generally from conception design to construction design, including site service.

– At my previous job, I was a team leader.  Because of this, I have the ability to communicate with each group: clients, each trade group, the construction crew, inspection department, and government officials.

I don’t have a lot of experience with that software, but I am a fast learner and have already started some tutorials (online school) on that software. 

I haven’t used that software since University, but I am confident I will remember everything.

What are your weaknesses?

Never say a real weakness.  Always make it positive.

  I have a hard time saying no if a co-worker needs help. 

punctual:  always on time. not late.

ex:  I only hire staff that are punctual. 

ex:  I expect my salary to be punctual. 

I expect that my salary will be paid to me on time.

ex:  I hope my friends will always be punctual when meeting me.
