Restaurant:

Steps:

  1. Go to the restaurant
  2. get a table/ get a seat
  3. open the menu
  4. order the food
  5. wait for the food
  6. eat the food
  7. get the bill
  8. pay the bill
  9. leave the restaurant

 

menu:  the food list at a restaurant.

Bill/check:  the receipt for the food, how much you owe.

Chopsticks:  Asian eating utensils.

Napkins: a tissue to wipe your face and hands while eating.

Happy hour:  certain times of day when drinks are cheap.

Storytelling:

 

Today we go to the restaurant, first we got a table.  Then the waiter give me menu, I open the menu.  I think it’s good, so I order fish, vegetables and beef.  Then we chat and wait for the food, we waited a short time.  Next we eat food about 1 hour, we think it’s very delicious.  After that I got the bill and paid it, I think it’s cheap.  Then we leave the restaurant and go shopping.

Then we left the restaurant and went shopping.
