Dear friends, do you realized that all these gestures are not only inelegant, but also unhealthy.  All these ungraceful gestures will lead to several problems, at first, your will feel your spine not so comfortable, maybe acid, swelling, stiff, and furthermore, you even feel a pain when you turn your spine. Then, if you don’t take any action, you probably feel dizziness, upper limbs, because the original muscle injury has changed to degeneration of ligament, bone and intervertebral disk. If the above phenomenon still can’t attract your attention, muscle spasm of extremities, and paralysis will come with you, which means you will never have a chance to move your arms or legs by yourselves again.

Therefore, if you don’t take care of your body, no matter how wonderful your dream is. In the end, which prevent you from moving on is nobody else, but the stabbing pain in your neck.

So, how to avoid it? The answer is simple. Use your computers elegantly! When you sit before the computer, please make sure there’re 3 90 degree angles here. First make sure, your thighs are at 90 degree angles to your body; second, your calves are at 90 degree angles to your thighs; third, your arm with mouse is at 90 degree angles to your body. With this good gesture, you will look elegantly, like a real lady or gentleman.

About how to use cell phones elegantly? Promise me, never watch your phone like this (body language). This gesture does harm to your spine, and not elegant at all. Please, hold your chin back, slowly turn your neck and lower your head. See, this gesture is much more elegant than the previous one.

Our parents give us beautiful arms, legs, necks and the whole beautiful things, let us keep healthy and behave elegantly as much as we can. Then, our world will become more and more beautiful!
