Writing exercise

Interview Someone. You must ask at least one follow up question.

Q: Do you have work experience with fabrics?

A: No, I don’t, but I’m a very fast learner.

Follow up: What are you good at?  I’m good at following procedures, so that way I can know all the proper steps to anything.

Q: What’s the most important thing about being a merchandiser?

A: I would say quality is the most important thing.

Follow up: Why don’t you focus on efficiency? I believe efficiency should be handled after the quality is acceptable.

Q: If some urgent issues are passed to you, what is the first step you would do to handle them?

A: I would check the deadline and the number of people we can get to work on it ASAP.

Follow up: What if only you can work on it? Then I’d make sure to get started immediately.
