I’m reading it about two months – I’ve been reading for about two months

I think I should have a habit to read the book – I think I should start reading books regularly

 

Vocabulary


Compact – verb/adjective: to make something smaller, small

Ex. Trash Compactor’s press rubbish together.

Spam Emails – noun: promotion emails that do not contain any personalized or valuable information (really unimportant and common emails)

Spam – verb: to send someone messages repeatedly

Personalize – verb: to make something special for one person

Arabic Numerals – noun: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 0

Roman numerals – noun: i, ii, iii, iv, v, vi vii, viii, ix, x, etc.

Clever – a word to describe someone who is creatively intelligent

Habit: noun: something you do regularly (and naturally)

*Note: normally, the word habit describes something you do on your own, not something you force yourself to do.

Default – noun: original setting

Ex. The default language of my computer is Mandarin.

Field/Pitch – a large, open area, usually full of grass, often used for sports.

Viscosity – noun: how thick a liquid is

Viscous – thick (referring to a liquid)

Ex. Honey is a very viscous liquid. It is much more viscous than water.

Pit – noun: the opposite of a hill, similar to a hole in the ground, 坑
