draining – to take energy and make you feel tired mentally or physically. eg: “Driving all day is unexpectedly draining.”
In a row – physically in a line, in time right after each other. eg: “Park in front of those three cars in a row to your left.” “I have 4 conference calls in a row today, it will be a little draining.”
There’s only so much/many… – there’s a limited number of. eg: “There’s only so many suppliers in New York.” “There’s only so many days i can have classes at Smart English in a week, because I always book two in a row.”
back to back – one right after another. eg: “There’s 2 meetings back to back today.”
on and off – stopping and starting again and again. eg: “I’ve been doing yoga on and off for about 5 years.”

online = on the internet
we send by couriers – we ship product examples to them
shipping and handling – charges for sending items by courier eg: “Our clients pay shipping and handling.”
-ing (adj) something or someone makes you feel that way. eg: Boring, “This movie is boring, it’s the same old plot as all action movies.”
-ed (adj) you feel that way because of something or someone eg: Bored, “I’m bored, this movie just uses the same plot as all other action movies.”
