Vocabulary

teach / teaching / taught ( tot ) / will teach

eg. They taught the students Shakespeare.

neck n. – body part that connects your head to your body

eg.  I have a cute, little neck.

eg. I have a scarf around my neck.

eg. Celeste has a cute, normal sized neck.

half ( haff ) n. – 50% out of 100% of something

eg. Celeste gave Michelle half a cup of water.

eg. Celeste can drink a whole cup of water. Michelle can drink half a cup of water.

eg. 8 / 2 = 4. Half of 8 is 4.

eg. 16 / 2 = 8. Half of 16 is 8.

eg. 100 /2 = 50. Half of 100 is 50.

eg. 300 / 2 = 150. Half of 300 is 150.

100 + 100 = 200, 200 + 100 = 300

eg. Apples are natural, coca cola is not natural.

eg. Oranges are natural, ketchup is not natural.
