F2F Class Notes 4th May (Jesse) [W]

It’s really important for people with the responsibility. Those day i try to solve my apartment connect with my landlord, actually it’s not my problem, it’s my American roommate ,but I with him together signed up the connect,if he don’t want to continue the connect so i with him together to fix it. I’m really don’t like him, because I don’t think he have responsibility, he have enough money to pay for the rent, so he can tell me early and let me try to find the other person move in. But he always finds some reason about the apartment and the landlord, never to say he haven’t enough money to pay, and then I give some choice ，
The first: he find the other person move in this mouth.
Secondly: if he can’t find people move in he have to pay for the rent until find people move in .
Thirdly: he pay for the landlord three mouths rent.
He don’t want to do anything for this, he told me I don’t want to pay for the money and I can’t find the other person move in too.

I really don’t like him, because I don’t think he has responsibility / he is responsible. He has enough money to pay rent, so he should have told me earlier and let me try to find another person to move in. But he always finds some reason about the apartment and the landlord, and never says he doesn’t have enough money to pay, and then I gave him some choices.
The first is: he will find another person to move in this month.
The second is: if he can’t find anyone to move in he has to pay rent until he finds someone move in .
The third is: he will pay the landlord three months rent.
He doesn’t want to do any of these, and he told me “I don’t want to pay the money, and I can’t find another person / anyone to move in either“.
