My new apartment is across the street from my old apartment.

Just across this road you can go to a shopping mall.

My new apartment is opposite ( op puh sit )  from my old apartment.

There is a restaurant opposite of my apartment.

Very close my old apartment. – My new apartment / It is close to my old apartment.

white (w I t) – color

Ex: The walls in my new apartment are white.

fridge – keeps food fresh and cold

Close the door. – The fridge is close to the door.

closet (clo zit) – the place where you put your clean clothes (close)

Ex: My closet is made of wood.

Opposite of the bed is a table and chair. – Opposite of the bed is a table and bench.

bench – a long and thin chair, usually made of wood

bachelorette – young, unmarried woman

bachelor – young, unmarried man

Ex: Summer is a bachelorette.

Close to the window is a small think. – Close to the window is a small sink.

I use it several times. – I use it just a few times.

I will pick up my clothes from my old apartment. – I will pack up my clothes from my old apartment.

cardboard boxes – boxes made of paper usually used to pack and ship

Ex: After I buy something online, I can collect many cardboard boxes.
