Vocabulary

goal – a dream you want to achieve,

eg: My goal is to be the president of the company.

inter–  part of a word, that usually means between

eg: international, between nations

department – part of a company

eg: Finance, Accounting, HR, Administration, Sales

attain V. – to get something, by achieving it or with success, not just something you can buy

eg: If I work hard I will attain the promotion.  I want to attain all my goals.

education – about teaching or learning

I work in education, I’m a teacher.    My education was for a bachelor’s degree.

important – zhong yao

primary adj. – first and most important

eg: My primary work is recruiting.

primarily adv.

eg: Tony is primarily my friend.

beginner – low level skill

intermediate – middle level skill

Professional/Expert – High level skill

Grammar

Adverb –   (fuci) describes a verb.

ADV.  (usually -LY)  +    V.,                      V.    +    N.      +  ADV.

I will quickly eat dinner.                            I will eat dinner quickly.

Adjective – (xinrongci)  describes a Noun

ADJ.   +   N                                              N.   +   ADJ.  

The big dog.                                            The dog big.

Noun -( mingci) a person, place, or thing

Verb – (dongci)   an action word

Preposition –    JieCi,      describe time or place
