1st Edit

In China, if you buy an apartment that was pledged to a bank to borrow some money or already sold to someone else, you have right to ask the seller to return your money, interest and some compensation under the double of the money that you spent. It was important information I learned.

Before time, I just thought I could not do this thing. Even though I have done this job for many years, but until now I didn’t know. It justlearned it today.

2nd Edit

In China, if you buy an apartment that was pledged to a bank or already sold to someone else and  the seller didn’t tell you this, you have the right to ask the seller to return/refund  your money, interest and some compensation no more than double the amount of money you paid. It was important information I learned.

Before time, I just thought I could only sell one apartment to one buyer. I already knew people sold one apartment to more than one buyer or pledged them to banks but I didn’t know about the consequences. Even though I have done this job for many years, I just learned it today.
