e.g. A lot of employees get fired all the time and a lot of employees get hired all the time. This company has high turnover.

Grammar
My eyelashes were cheaper than yours.
- cheap – 便宜
- cheaper – 更便宜
- cheapest – 最便宜
to sit – sat (past tense)
e.g. I just sat there and ate a lot of ice cream.
I wanted to hang out in local markets
- the local market (specific)
- local markets (in general: you want to hang out in markets -> plural)
Difference: to find/to search
- you search something and if you have what you were searching for, you’ve found it
- to search – 找东西
- to find/to look for – 找到了
