Vocabulary

it’s a comedy

gonna (do something) – going to (do something)

eg:  “I’m gonna have dinner soon.”   “I’m gonna to talk to him later.” “I’m gonna going to the store.”

wanna – want to (do something)

eg: “I wanna go to the cinema.” “I wanna study a lot this month.”

distinguish – to be able to tell the difference between

eg: “I can’t distinguish the sound between L and R pronunciation.”

attempt – to try to do something

eg: “I will attempt to do a difficult yoga pose.”

down – material made of duck feathers

eg: “I have a light down coat.”

Grammar

how are you doing today? (How are you) (continuous tense)      I’m ok.    I’m doing good.

what are you doing today?  (What thing will you do later) I’m going to the cinema. I will meet some friends. I’m gonna go to work.

What did you do today?   (The thing you did before now)  I had yoga class. I did some yoga.
