Original –
The thing was that when my boss left, he thought I should be promoted. Because I have matched the position. As I communicated with our big boss, we have a less communication with my big boss. He doesn’t familiar with me. Another reason is my English is not very great. So I have some communication problem with the headquarter. So until now he haven’t talked to me about the promotion.
Correction –
The thing was, that when my boss left he recommended me for the promotion. Because I was a good match for the position. Since there is less communication between the head boss and I, he isn’t familiar with me. Another reason could be that my English is not very great. So I have some communication problems with the headquarters. So until now he hasn’t brought up the promotion to me.
